Our level system identifies our stylists based on their experience skillset, and achievements. This allows us to provide a career path for growth and achievement for our nail stylists, as well as offer our guests options to best suit their needs when it comes to experience, expectations and budgets.

Intern Stylist
Our intern stylists are fully licensed nail stylists that are working in our salons training program. They are undergoing intense one on one training with our master stylists including hands on training, working on models, and taking appropriate courses that align with our high standards for offering elevated nail experiences. Once their training is completed that advance to level 1 stylist.

Advanced Stylist
Our advanced stylists represent more experience in a salon setting. These individuals can perform services in a timely manner while providing superior services. Level 2 stylists have gone through extensive training and many hours of continuing education to achieve milestones in the industry. Their attention to detail and efficiency are evident in their work.

Elite Stylist
Our Elite stylists have advanced education and knowledge on our products and techniques and have mastered their craft. They have been with our salon for a long time where they have built a strong relations with their guests. Their demand and level of expertise is unmatched and their service timing is extremely efficient. Elite stylists are our superior talent and have 100% full books.

Junior Stylist
Have completed our intern program or are new to Citrine but have experience. This level of stylists has successfully exceeded their skills in dry manicuring and product application and provide quality services to our guests. They are building their skillset and techniques to achieve efficiency.
