Cancelation

Please note we do understand unforeseen circumstances happen and we will do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes. Please do your best to communicate with us so we can better serve our guests.

 

We do require 24 hours notice to cancel or make any changes to an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours notice will result in 50% of services scheduled.

Cancellations made 2 hours or less before scheduled appointment will result in 100% charge of scheduled services.

 

In the case of no show/ no call, 100% of services scheduled will be charged. 

​

Abbreviating services upon arrival, with no notice, will result in 100% charge of services abbreviated. (ex. scheduled for a mani + pedi, and canceling pedi at time of arrival)

**A credit card is required to hold your appointment. It will only be charged in the case of a late cancellation or no-show. We are not able to schedule future appointments when until payment of cancellation fee is properly made **

Late Policy

We allow a 10 minute grace period for your appointment.​ If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will be considered a late cancelation and will be subject to the cancellation fee. We will do our best to accommodate your appointment and abbreviate your service if needed.

Satisfaction guarantee

We are sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with your service. We ask that you please contact us within 48 hours of your service to inform us of any issues. However we stand behind our product and stylists and no refunds will be given. We will do everything possible to have you back at the salon within an appropriate time frame to receive your service at no additional cost to you. ​
